About

Florida to start my college/university education. In 1998, I graduated from the University of South Florida cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science and Int'l Affairs. In December 2000, I graduated from Stetson University College of Law with a Juris Doctorate degree. Subsequently, I became a member of the Florida Bar, becoming a fully licensed and accredited attorney in Florida, eligible to practice in the highest court of the State of Florida, as well as within the entire federal domain of U.S. Immigration Law, including its agencies.

Consequently, I can represent you or your company worldwide, no matter where you are located. My immigration practice involves virtually all offices of USCIS in the United States, as well as many Embassies and Consulates of the United States across the globe.

The bulk of my cases revolve primarily around business immigration, assisting clients from the world over with working in the United States on various types of business- or employment-based visas. (visas and green cards)

My experienced immigration practice focuses heavily on: business owners, entrepreneurs, investors, managers, executives, scientists, researchers, academics, degreed professionals, specialized workers, inventors, artists, and athletes.

I also represent these types of clients frequently: casual would-be visitors and prospective tourists to the United States, foreign/international students, interns, trainees, exchange visitors, and short-term business visitors.

The nature of my representation and work as an immigration lawyer can be summarized as follows:

- Solid experience in U.S. Immigration Law
- Individual attention to every client
- Sophisticated, competent and efficient representation
- Reliable, straight-forward legal advice
- Work product delivered timely
- On-Site, ‘house-call’ consultations available
- Native speaker of English and German

While my practice originates from the greater metropolitan area of Tampa Bay, Florida, I represent clients (individuals and businesses) worldwide.

Whether you are part of a company, non-profit organization, professional association, educational institution, or other type of interest group, I can provide insightful information and to-the-point expertise on U.S. Immigration Law and related topics, as they may be relevant to your organization and/or its membership.
