About |
Saint David’s is a warm and caring parish, welcoming diversity in age, gender and background. We nurture the development of our children and youth, and we serve the people of southeastern Connecticut.
Saint David’s claims roots deep in the history of Ledyard, Connecticut, the Episcopal Church and the Anglican Communion. Bishop Samuel Seabury, the first American Episcopal Bishop and the first Bishop of Connecticut, was born in Ledyard only about five miles from Saint David’s.
We are a parish of all ages and stages of Christian development, traveling together on a spiritual journey. We offer many opportunities to foster a deeper relationship with God through Jesus Christ and to share that knowledge and love with all people.
Our parishioners come Gales Ferry and all surrounding communities of Ledyard, Groton, New London, Waterford, Montville, East Lyme, Niantic, Norwich, Mystic, Noank and beyond!
