About |
Rhonda Sanderson, Chair of the IFA Supplier Forum in 2002, began her career in public relations in 1981 working for a small Chicago PR firm. While there she and three others developed a system to help franchisors grow and then applied it to Subway, Hair Performers and many others. In 1985 she left that firm and founded Sanderson & Associates. Since then she and her staff have helped grow hundreds of franchise systems such as Molly Maid, ServiceMaster, Hardees, Smoothie King, GarageTek, Comfort Keepers, Meineke Discount Muffler, Sbarro Italian Eatery, The Counter, PostNet and Juice Club, known today as Jamba Juice, a name change that took place after an LA Times story, placed by Sanderson & Associates, led Starbucks to invest $49 million in the company.
Choosing to keep this a small, boutique firm, Rhonda feels she can better service a short list of select clients with a staff of 16. The company currently represents 52 franchise systems and hundreds of their franchisees.
