Mission

Sand Snow and Street delivers cutting edge programs to action sports athletes on all levels utilizing the latest developments in strength and conditioning, exercise physiology, biomechanics and sports psychology. In addition to training action sport athletes Sand Snow and Street is dedicated in the effort of reaching out to underprivileged children around the world to increase opportunities to be physically active.


Action Sports Athletes

Sand Snow and Street is dedicated to providing  cutting edge scientific based programs to guarantee results for action sports athletes to reach their goals as quick, safely and efficiently as possible. The Sand Snow and Street team designs custom programs periodized for action sports athletes to peak for their contests or event at any point in their season. Sand Snow and Street provides the most through programs in the industry to allow action sports athletes to control their destiny.


Underprivileged Children

The Sand Snow and Street team is dedicated in the effort of reaching out to underprivileged children to increase opportunities to be physically active. In partnership with Michael Seril’s Excellence through Exercise Foundation, the Sand Snow and Street team will work on a local, national and global level to combat the current child obesity epidemic.

The joint venture will include education and development of physical activity programs for underprivileged children. The two organizations will work to involve the parents and community where the physical activity programs are implemented to provide wellness among unprivileged children around the world.

Project 3Sg

Starting March 31st Sand Snow and Street Founder/President Chad Skrederstu will embark on a yearlong trip around the world  implementing strength and conditioning programs to action sports athletes and working with underprivileged children to create physical activity opportunities. Skrederstu will start his trip off in Europe, fly over to Asia, come down to the Pacific Rim and finish the journey in South America. He will connect with universities, fitness professionals, action sports athletes and underprivileged children to make the trip a success. He will be documenting the trip with short videos and photos to share his experiences with the rest of the world. Upon his return Skrederstu will bring back the knowledge gained and global connections to launch Sand Snow and Street in Hermosa Beach California.
