About

The Sarva Dharma Service Center (SDSC) was officially launched on November 23, 1993, and is engaged in community services. The building project Phase 1 was started in 2006, for a total cost of $ 3.8 million, inauguration March 29, 2015.

In Sanskrit, Sarva Dharma means “Universal Right Conduct”. SDSC members include Buddhists, Christians, Hindus, Jews, Muslims, Sikhs and Zoroastrians – all faiths, united in service to Man as service to the One. The Center is a not for profit 501 (c)(3) community service organization which heavily relies on volunteer efforts. The inspiration for this Service Center is Sri Sathya Sai Baba.

The Service Center will not only be a place for community gatherings, but a place to engage in social service activities that include but are not limited to:
•     providing and distributing food, clothing, equipment, and children’s books and toys
•     contributing for humanitarian relief in disaster-stricken areas worldwide
•     conducting outreach activities such as free health clinics and educational sessions
•     providing vocational training in various trades
•     helping senior citizens in tax preparation and legal assistance
•     inviting guest speakers on various spiritual practices or Sadhana

Currently, the SDSC works with local and international service organizations and practices the universal teachings of Sri Sathya Sai Baba such as

“Love All Serve All, Help Ever Hurt Never.”
“Hands that serve are holier than lips that pray.”
