Scarlet Beast is a New Jersey nonprofit conscious-technology organization based in New York City. It designs, builds and operates production software and holds itself accountable for what that software does to the people on the other side of it. Its work is weighted two-thirds to consciousness (the standard the work is held to, and research that has no customer yet) and one-third to business, the engineering it takes on, priced honestly, which pays for the rest.
