Serial Innovations is a spinout of Sarnoff Corporation and was established as an independent company in 2007. The company’s core technology and business is in designing sensing systems in imaging, video/applied vision and building analytics and intelligence on data collected from these sensing systems.
The company has three core lines of business – ODM products, solutions and technology licensing. Our ODM products consist of reference designs and software for specialty application specific cameras and smart new media platforms. These products leverage our intellectual property in real-time imaging and visual analytics. Our solutions offer a package of ODM products, application systems and R&D support. Our IP is also made available to clients in the form of licensable cores or transferable technology that can enable new ventures.
Serial Innovations inherits a world-class legacy in sensing and processing technologies from Sarnoff and exploits this expertise to build very sophisticated visual processing systems at emerging market prices. Serial Innovations is looking to raise capital to support new intellectual property development and protection, productization of technologies already developed and creating marketing channels for its product portfolio.
