In January 2005, Jinal Shah, and Anish Shah formed Sheen Ltd. Jinal runs the office in Varna, Bulgaria whilst Anish is UK representative.
One and a half years later, Sheen Ltd finally opened its doors to the public. The reason for this delay was due to the fact that we had to study ‘THE FOREIGN INVESTMENT POLICIES OF BULGARIA’ as well as the property market before we could fully guide investors of the same. The law although different for foreign citizens, does not restrict foreign citizens from purchasing properties/land in Bulgaria.
