Always eager to give back, Sheila is preparing to release her new book, The Human Trinity: Spirit, Mind, & Body Connection, which teaches readers how to create a personalized wellness plan focusing on the three dimensions of who we are as human beings. This book aims to shift the focus toward holistic health. It explores how to nurture your spirit, mind, and body to live a healthy, disease-free life. Rather than simply managing symptoms with medication, Sheila advocates for self-care practices that prevent illness by addressing each aspect of our being before disease takes hold. The emphasis is on developing routines and practices that support every dimension of who you are.

As a results-driven leader, Sheila has a proven track record of guiding companies through successful transformations. With experience spanning various industries in both the public and private sectors, she collaborates closely with clients to understand their business needs, design customized solutions, and drive significant improvements in operational efficiency and revenue growth.

Through her company, Essential Consulting Group, Sheila leads strategic initiatives that require complex changes to processes, systems, and employee behavior. Her expertise spans program and project management, change management, system implementation, business process management and improvement, organizational design, training and facilitation, supply chain management, and quality assurance, among other areas.
