All of our Personal Trainers are certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) or similar organization. They all receive extensive additional training specific to Shoreline Fitness. We follow a strict evidence-based program for our personal training clients including a comprehensive physical assessment. You will get RESULTS!!

Shoreline fitness provides members with the highest quality group exercise programming and instruction available. Our fantastic instructors are fit, focused, motivating, fun and have extensive training. Members are challenged with a jam packed cutting edge schedule. Get your heart thumping with cardio intense classes such as Spin, RPM, Cardio Combo, Freestyle Step and Body Step! Be strong and powerful in Muscle Shape and the world’s most popular class Body Pump. Challenge your inner athlete in Bootcamp, and fight your way through Body Combat! If you feel like dancing, Zumba and Body Jam will get you moving. And for those who need a little Zen, Body Flow will challenge your body with its combination of Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates! We offer an array of Les Mills world class programming!!!

We also offer specialty class programming for those interested including Pilates and Bootcamp.

We are a full service Health Club with two 16,000 foot locations in Clinton and Old Saybrook, CT.
