For over 24 years, Tulsa restaurant Silver Flame Steakhouse has been the premier Middle Eastern steak house and seafood restaurant in Oklahoma.  The only authentic Syrian steak house in Tulsa, we feature eight cuts of steak including ribeye steak and porterhouse steak, and a great selection of fresh seafood, including lobster, salmon, orange roughy, shrimp, and shrimp scampi.  And we have all of your favorite Middle Eastern side dishes including tabouli salad and hummus/hommus. We’re also one of the only restaurants in Tulsa to feature both a smoking section and a separate climate-controlled no smoking section.

In addition to our great food and atmosphere (who doesn’t love the wonderful aroma of grilling steak?), we have a full bar and live music five nights a week, Tuesday through Saturday, from 8:00 PM to close.  On Thursday nights, enjoy your porterhouse steak or rib eye steak along with the acoustic sounds of Dave “Soupbone” Thomas and Travis Fite as they cover some of your favorite tunes.  Dine on orange roughy with a side of hummus/hommus with our other featured performers, including Johnny Johnson, Don White, Bob Clear, and more!  We have a smoking section available if you like to enjoy a cigarette or cigar along with your ribeye steak or shrimp scampi, and we have a separate ventilated no smoking area if the smell of grilling steak or succulent lobster is enough for you!
