By 2010, after delivering hundreds of successful CRM projects globally, it became apparent that large organizations across Asia required an enterprise grade, comprehensive CRM solution, but with a pricing model that was cognizant of the realities of the local economy. In response, in 2011 SimpleCRM product line was introduced specifically to address this need.
SimpleCRM began as a customized solution on Sugar open platform with our first customer - HSBC InvestDirect (India). At its peak, HSBC InvestDirect had over 1200 users successfully managing sales and support operations on SimpleCRM. Since then we successfully delivered several large scale deployments on SimpleCRM platform. For example, our customers like Askme.com have thousands of users managing sales, support and operations on SimpleCRM. Today SimpleCRM has matured into an enterprise grade, highly scalable, comprehensive and cost-effective CRM of choice for large enterprises in Asia. In 2014, in order to deliver more focused value to our customers, SimpleCRM product line was consolidated into a separate business entity of its own. SimpleCRM is headquartered in Singapore and has 4 offices in India (development centres in Bangalore & Nagpur and sales & support offices in Mumbai & Delhi).

As a product SimpleCRM is being constantly upgraded to incorporate the latest CRMfeatures and best practices across the globe. The UI has also been upgraded and we have also added Android mobile app. Facebook & Twitter connectors have been added and additional plugins are underway. We have partnered with IBM and AWS extensively use their platform for performance & scalability testing for thousands of users.
