As a wellness practitioner, educator and coach, I have served individuals, groups, and hospitals with my expertise in health issues, specialty in eating behaviors, advanced professional training in stress reduction, extensive research in mind-body healing and dedication to learning and growth. My commitment is to work from my heart and to honor the sacredness of your process.
Designed to educate, inspire and motivate, I offer mindfulness based, integrative wellness programs and stress management education. Each program weaves the essential elements of wellness, balance, purpose, and passion into the creation of a life of vibrant and sustainable health and well-being – a life you truly love.
My credentials include and are not limited to: BS Nursing; Certification in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction with Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School, Center for Mindfulness, Neuro-Linguistics; participated in Insight Dialogue workshops and facilitators’ training with Gregory Kramer; Beginning, Advanced and Senior Yoga and Mat Pilates.
Being the only person in Washington State holding professional certification in teaching MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction), I offer state-of-the-art professional programs and mindfulness practices.
