3 Phases to Change
Each Program starts off with a 90-day commitment, with at least 2 workout sessions a week, divided into 3 Phases:

Phase 1
Day 1-30

FORMING A HABIT
After a five-ten-minute call, we’ll align on your goals and set you up for success to form a habit. Whether that’s from couch to working out 3x a week or from just staying consistent each week. During those first few days, clients will learn basic functional movements and skills that will help them easily progress through Phase 2.

Phase 2
Day 31-60

APPLY DILIGENTLY
The next 31-60 days will utilize the skills and habits learned in phase 1 and apply them diligently towards reaching your health and fitness goals. This may include increasing load, volume, or time spent working out; depending on the individual’s desires, current physical ability, availability, and expectations.

Phase 3
Day 61-90

MAINTENANCE AND FINE-TUNING
This is where we focus on the nitty-gritty to ensure that habits and results last.
