The SmartHoldem Foundation is the driving force behind Netfory, the first Web 4.0 operating system designed to replace centralized cloud infrastructure with a sovereign, user-owned Peer-to-Peer (P2P) network. Founded in 2017 and evolved into a leading Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Network (DePIN), we are building an internet where mathematics, not corporations, sets the policy.

Our mission is to enhance human autonomy by developing foundational technologies that eliminate dependence on centralized intermediaries like AWS, Cloudflare, and Vercel. We believe that privacy is not a privilege granted by states or platforms, but a fundamental human right secured by cryptography. What Is Netfory OS?
Netfory is a comprehensive Web 4.0 Operating System that runs on user-owned hardware. It combines a high-performance DPoS Layer-1 blockchain (SmartHoldem) with a next-generation P2P transport layer (Iroh/QUIC) to create a zero-infrastructure environment for developers and users.

Key Components of the Ecosystem:
Zero-Infrastructure Hosting (DevHub): Developers can deploy uncensorable dApps, websites, and tools directly to the P2P network using dev:// protocols. Content is addressed via BLAKE3 hashes, making it immutable and permanent without relying on centralized servers.
Proof-of-Utility Economy: Unlike speculative staking, our economy rewards participants for providing real-world utility. Users who run Seeders (nodes) earn STH coins by contributing storage space and bandwidth to the global network.

Sovereign Communication Suite:
0xID Mail: The world’s first email client with blockchain-verified identity and economic anti-spam. It offers three modes: Classic (IMAP/SMTP), Encrypted Bridge (E2E over legacy providers), and Pure P2P (@sth), ensuring that spam is economically irrational and spoofing is mathematically impossible.
P2P Messenger: A fully decentralized, E2EE messenger that works directly device-to-device via Iroh, featuring LAN-First resilience for offline community connectivity.
Digital Identity & Reputation: Users own their sovereign identities (u:// names) permanently on-chain. Our "Reputation over Censorship" model uses a two-tier catalog (Official | All) to ensure safety without centralized bans, so direct sn:// links always work.

While Web3 focused on decentralizing finance, it left the frontend vulnerable to corporate control. Web 4.0, as defined by SmartHoldem, decentralizes the physical infrastructure itself. By leveraging idle hardware from millions of users worldwide, we create a resilient, autonomous network that is faster, cheaper, and more secure than any centralized cloud provider.
