Sound Benefits, based in Bellevue, Washington, has served small businesses in WA and the Northwest since 1999, Sound Benefits is a Plan Service Provider (PSP) that administers benefits for groups, enabling both employers and employees to access benefit information online. Sound Benefits is able to give our clients access to timely and valuable information from health care providers.

Through Benefit Bank and Fiserv, we provide instant reimbursement on most authorized benefit plan claims, and can assist employers with a marginal line of credit. We proudly associate with the Association of Washington Business (AWB), the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) and the Employers Council on Flexible Compensation (ECFC), as well as the numerous health insurance providers and alternative care providers.

Larry Ford, President of Sound Benefits, has specialized in giving benefit advice to small businesses and organizations. He is a Chartered Financial Consultant (CHFC) a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU) and the Employers Council on Flexible Compensation (ECFC) which is a non-profit organization dedicated to the maintenance and expansion of private employer benefits. Larry is an active ordained Episcopal minister with wide experience in charitable giving and financial planning for religious and non-profit organizations.
