For 38 years, Steve Weber has been told he resembles the actor Tom Hanks. In 1994 he was Forrest Gump for Halloween. Less than 2 years later, he was hired by Bubba Gump Shrimp restaurant as their impersonator. During his 15 year career Steve estimates he had 1 million+ interactions as the character and more than 3 million photos taken.
Today, Steve is a keynote speaker who helps organizations change. He encourages individuals to take persona responsiblity - he calls this Gumption.
Steve is also known as the Change Ambassador. He helps organizations going through major change initiatives. He accomplishes this by encouraging individuals to change so organizations can change.
