In essence, we create a personalized 12 week workout program specific to our clients goals. Their current daily diet is also assessed, and suggestions are made on how to ‘tweak’ their diet in order to reach their goals quicker. They also receive a guide on the basics of living a healthy lifestyle called ‘Foundations’. Furthermore, all clients receive our exclusive motivation program ‘Motivate Me NOW’ which comprises of an audio CD and guidebook.

All of the above is dispatched to our clients in hard copy. All the materials will also be available in electronic format to download in their Members’ Area.

Each client also receives on-going support and advice throughout the 12 week program from their own Personal Trainer, to ensure they never lose focus.
