StackHaus is an end-to-end platform for designing, financing, building, and managing disaster-resilient homes, headquartered in Pasadena, California and founded in 2025. The company manages the entire rebuild under one fixed-price contract — financing and loan sourcing, insurance recovery, FEMA navigation, grant identification, permitting, and full ground-up construction — delivering completed homes built to IBHS Wildfire Prepared Home Plus alignment. The home StackHaus delivers is built to be fully resilient as standard: a non-combustible concrete structure with Class A roof, ember-resistant vents, fire-rated openings, and a five-foot non-combustible Home Ignition Zone perimeter, verified by third-party inspection. StackHaus operates in wildfire, hurricane, tornado, flood, and earthquake-affected markets across the United States. The company was founded by Malik Shabazz, a Pasadena-based government affairs and policy strategist.
