Davis Jr., and has accumulated generations of expertise and knowledge and is well equipped to handle any and all of your commercial laundry needs with our office located in Nashville Tennessee. We are proud of our track record establishing over three thousand successful laundry and dry cleaning establishments over the past 48 years! Star Distributing covers commercial laundry needs for four southern states, including our home office in Nashville Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama and Kentucky.

Star Distributing Commercial Laundry Equipment, Inc., is the oldest commercial laundry distributor in the Southeast. Star is well known for establishing some of the nicest, most profitable coin laundries in the Southeast. In 1995, Star Distributing purchased Wishy Washy from James Hofstead and opened up a second office in Nashville Tennessee. Mr. Hofstead was one of the first laundry equipment distributors when he started Wishy Washy in 1948.

D. Michael Davis, the owner of Star Distributing in Nashville Tennessee ensures that Star Distributing remains one of the most technologically advanced Distributors in the United States. Michael Davis & Family have owned and operated more than thirty laundry and dry cleaning establishments. This gives him an advantage in being familiar with all aspects of the business from the design phase to day-to-day operation.

Star has qualified personnel to help with all your needs. We continue to enjoy growth and expansion in the industry and could not do this with out the best staff in the industry. Star is fortunate to have excellent employees in all positions. Our sales team is ready and eager to meet your needs from building a new coin or card laundry or remodeling an existing store. Our parts and service divisions are top notch. The parts department carries parts for all equipment manufacturers and our service technicians can work on any type of equipment. The service department offers free service schools several times a year to teach our customers how to work on their own machines, saving them time and money. The experienced staff assists in making Star into one of the largest distributors in Tennessee and one of the largest in the Southeastern United States.
