About

The inspiration behind StreamThatCause.com

Every day millions of compassionate people are raising money for millions of worthy causes. From the Little League baseball team’s new uniforms, to clean water systems in Africa, to determined medical professionals seeking a cure for cancer.

The one element these millions of causes have in common, is amazing people reaching for amazing goals.

It’s always humbling to see such dedicated folks putting themselves out there to raise money or awareness for something that is important to them. These people move mountains and the effect of their efforts trickle down much further than they ever have the benefit of knowing.

But we began to realize that they aren’t promoting their greatest asset: themselves.

They are selling products, services or events, all which leave something to be desired for themselves and their supporters. These methods are often too costly, too complicated, or too time-consuming.

We knew there had to be a better way to let these stars really shine — an environment that allows ordinary people with busy schedules to easily showcase their video messages and talents, and spread awareness of their cause without limitations, while providing all the tools needed to host a successful fundraising event.

It would be a safe, family-oriented place, where kids can be kids, and can take part in making their fundraising event an enriching one, touching their — and other’s — lives in ways that will stay with them forever. And, a place where compassionate adults can spread their messages and keep their supporters engaged and updated even if they’re half-way around the world working on a project.

And thus, StreamThatCause.com was born.

The world is listening and wants to hear what these dedicated, dynamic folks have to say. So, get out those video cameras and whether your cause’s video is made at your kitchen table or in a production studio, remember, keep it real and from the heart.

So when people ask us what inspired StreamThatCause.com...the answer is simple: the people.

Let those stars shine!
