Founded in 1964, Stressline Limited manufacture, sell and deliver a number of structural building products including concrete and steel lintels, flooring systems, fencing and walling, cast stone products, and precast concrete products. They employ over 100 people on their Leicestershire site and sell through builder’s merchants, contractors, developers and specifiers.

Steel Lintels
Stressline’s in-house technical and manufacturing departments have worked hard to deliver an extended range of steel lintels.

At Stressline, we provide customers with the widest range of steel lintels available in the UK; a range that includes cavity wall: standard leaf lintels, wide outer and wide inner leaf lintels, and short outer leaf lintels. The range also includes rolled steel section lintels, closed eave and timber frame lintels, single leaf external solid wall lintels, internal solid wall and external solid wall lintels.

Concrete Lintels
Stressline concrete lintels are synonymous with UK structural building products. We have been making them for over 50 years and continue to produce them today, right here in our Leicestershire-based factory.

All of our concrete lintels are pre-stressed meaning they have heightened strength by way of steel wires running through the middle of the lintel. In addition to lintels we also manufacture padstones, including the new L-shaped padstone.

Flooring Systems
Stressline’s extensive range of prestressed flooring products allows estimators and designers to determine the most economical solution to satisfy your loading and span requirements.

Our flooring solutions include beam and block flooring, thermal flooring and hollowcore flooring. Full technical support and advice is available from product suitability, through to detailed design calculations, all free of charge.

Stanton Cast Stone
Our Stanton Cast Stone brand has been within Stressline since 2012. Since then we have developed the products to ensure we have a comprehensive range of standard cast stone items available for builders and merchants throughout the UK. We don’t stop at standard items though. We are continually developing the products and creating bespoke cast stone items by hand from our factory in Leicestershire.

Our cast stone is vapour cured in our factory to ensure that a consistent and speedy cure is undertaken. In addition to vapour curing, we also have an exceptional sales and support service which includes pre-order scheduling, post-order design and site liaison.

Precast Sections
Our precast sections are made bespoke to your requirements. With design and installation service available, we can create the ideal product to your project specification and to perfectly compliment our other precast concrete sections.

Fencing and Walling
As well as steel and concrete lintels, here at Stressline, we also sell concrete fencing and walling solutions. Our products include slotted posts, gravel boards, ‘lite weight’ fence posts, ‘lite weight’ gravel boards, universal posts, repair spurs, bollards, and chainlink posts.
