About |
Stu’s Father Daughter Dance was established by radio personality, Stu Robinson, in 2005 to create a lasting memory that would strengthen the bond between fathers and their “hearts”. The dance was honored with a Mayor Proclamation in 2011 for 5 years of service to the community. During this yearly event, the daughters are able to hear from celebrity guests and inspiring community leaders. With the mission of helping young ladies understand the importance of their fathers as well as how a man should treat them, the dance has seen over 1,000 people positively affected across the Central Florida area. Themes change yearly, but the message of ‘it’s time for girls to lower their skirts and raise their standards’ remains constant.
