George W. Sully and Earl B. Miller founded the company in 1923 with only five highway employees, one asphalt plant and a team of mules. Sully-Miller has grown with Southern California, building much of the region’s infrastructure.

Offer award-winning asphalt paving, concrete paving and structures, grading, wet and dry utilities, electrical construction, and pavement preservation. Sully-Miller Contracting Co. has a fully accredited AASHTO certified lab and Traffic Control division. We focus on safety at every juncture - on every project - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
