Sunrise Property is a company born out of a common passion, a passion for the property and real estate market, a passion for savvy developments and investments. We are a group of experienced developers and designers whose market experience spans between two continents with projects mainly in Indonesia, Singapore and India.

In 2006 we ventured into the thriving Bali real estate market and have witnessed the island’s steady transformation through the different trends and the changes that came about, like many others we have realized the constant high demand for property here. The increase in the number of local & international tourists and the all-round diversity found on the island is a magnet for investors and developers alike.
