SuperMap Software Co., Ltd., founded in 1997 by a group of GIS experts and researchers, was dedicated to developing and providing the most innovative Geographic Information System (GIS) platforms for our worldwide customers. Through years of efforts, SuperMap has developed a series of cutting edge GIS products. The family of our products is called SuperMap GIS. Since our first product was released in 2000, SuperMap GIS has been widely applied by lots of government agencies and organizations. Thousands of large-scale application systems developed with SuperMap GIS are running stably. SuperMap GIS has received wide recognition due to its high performance, ease-of-use, easy-of-integration, complete product line and cost-effectiveness. SuperMap is headquartered in Beijing, China, and has set up 8 branch offices including Hong Kong in China and an oversea office in Tokyo. There are about 700 employees in total till 1st Sept, 2009.

SuperMap Facility Management System is an application platform can be used in various facility resource management situations as well as facility resource information publication based on Internet, which is developed based on years of experience on facility management systems of multiple fields. This platform is built based on SuperMap GIS product series, takes fixed facility resource data models and application models in a variety of industries into account, at the same time, adopts distributed framework.
