Breath of Life Women's Health and Birth Center Breath of Life Women's Health and Birth Center, the Tampa Bay area's only nationally-accredited birth center, provides well-woman care, prenatal care and labor support on-site in our three water birth suites. Care is provided by Certified Nurse-Midwives.
