Northern California New Year's Eve Parties Professionals Guild announced today that it is again hosting two grand New Year's Eve parties, a Bay Area New Years Eve Party at the Hilton Hotel in Concord; the other, a Sacramento New Years Eve Party at the Hilton Hotel Arden West.
