Tapis Marketing Co-Founder Elise Schadauer is the company's Marketing Strategist and Chief Content Officer. She is Facebook Marketing Certified and has 29 years of professional marketing communications experience assisting a variety of small and mid-size medical and professional services businesses. Before becoming an entrepreneur in 2001, she served as the marketing director for two prominent Twin Cities law firms, as well as for the University of Minnesota Alumni Association and an architectural-engineering firm. Elise holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Technical Communication from the University of Minnesota and is a member of LifeScience Alley and the Public Relations Society of America. She writes for the blog Off the Spool.

Tapis Marketing Co-Founder Michelle Anerson is the company's Chief Creative and Technology Officer. She has 24 years of graphic and website design and development experience and has won several local and national awards for her designs. In addition to being a highly skilled creative designer, Michelle has in-depth knowledge of HTML, CCS, JavaScript, SEO, mobile development framework, user interface design, third-party integration, and web security. Before starting her graphic design business in 1998, she was the communications director for North Hennepin Community College. Michelle holds an Associate in Applied Science Degree in Graphic Design and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Speech Communications from the University of Minnesota.
