Greater Asia Realty Holdings, Ltd. is incorporated in the State of Delaware as a U.S. public holding company (NASDAQ OTC Bulletin Board or OTC-BB listing pending), operating through its wholly owned subsidiaries in Malaysia.

We were formed in order to create and realize value by identifying and making opportunistic real estate investments by the direct acquisition, development, rehabilitation, financing and management of real properties within Malaysia.

Our primary objective is to acquire, make necessary renovations and operate real properties to generate current positive cash flow while holding such properties for possible long-term appreciation and resell.

Our management is concentrating their efforts on defining and building focused operating businesses with recurring sources of income.
