They are a part of the successful Washington realty firm, Keller Williams Greater Seattle.  

Team Troy does it all! The team setup allows for niches in many different areas. They have extensive experience in real estate listings: traditional, short sale and real estate owned. They are experts in the HUD process and teach monthly courses in Successfully Selling HUD Homes.  Team Troy works with a wide range of real estate investors who may be interested in home rehabilitation, as well as buyers and sellers from all over the Puget Sound region.
