Award-winning Telsón Tequila is handcrafted in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, using 100% Blue Weber Agave grown for seven years. The agave is slow-roasted for 48 hours in traditional brick ovens, then fermented and double-distilled under the guidance of our master distiller.
Telsón is distilled in small batches at La Galería (NOM 1589)—the only tequila distillery set inside a working art gallery, and proudly among the 1% of tequila makers who own their distillery.
True craft can’t be outsourced. From field to bottle, every step is guided by intention and tradition.
