At Transformations Fitness, we have an immense desire to change lives for the better.  We are NOT a quick-fix shop, but seek to create a new way of thinking and acting for those that have been stuck with the type of lifestyle behaviors that lead them to become overweight and/or unhealthy in the first place.  We hope to educate and inspire you to learn how to live in a bountiful and healthful way so that you remain happy about the way you look and feel for the remainder of your life.

Our philosophy is to provide fun, encouraging workouts to those that may otherwise be afraid, clueless as to where to begin, unmotivated, and/or embarrassed to exercise.

The services we offer to ensure your results are priced at a favorably reduced rate compared to private coaching, hiring a nutritionist, joining a health club, etc.  We offer our own nutritional guidance program, grocery market tours, a competitive group exercise community, and the accountability of having a certified strength coach lead you throughout the whole process.  If you are currently paying a personal trainer, you may want to reconsider… Here are just a few of the benefits that our program offers:

   * It's Cheap!  You can get a personal trainer-led workout for less than 1/3 of the cost of other personal training here in Honolulu.

   * Supportive  Group of People with Same Goals!   In our Honolulu class, we focus on the team.  You'll have a group of new friends with similar goals who will be able to encourage you and help keep you accountable.

   * Intensity catered to your fitness level!  We put a lot of thought and consideration into program design.  In the end, our class gets results not only for beginners, but advanced exercisers, as well.  Each class will challenge the skills of ALL exercisers with our proven systems.

   * Results practically on auto-pilot!  If you give a solid effort in our classes 3 times per week and follow our Lean for Life eating plan, you WILL lose weight.  No hour long gym workouts 5 days a week.  No having to plan a workout.  No having to buy fitness magazines for workouts.  Our fitness trainers take the guess work out of it, so all you need to do is show up and work!
