Joyce Courtney opened the HomeCourt Real Estate office in the beautiful historic district of downtown Geneva, IL. Joyce, ABR, GRI, CRS, CDPD, has been serving the area since 1993 and her team brings a combined 40 years of real estate experience.
Joyce has been working to open the HomeCourt Real Estate office for 12 years. She was thrilled to be located in Geneva because of the central location and the easy access for her clients. The Geneva Chamber of Commerce stated, “We are pleased that The HomeCourt Real Estate chose Geneva to open their new business. The Geneva Chamber of Commerce looks forward to working with them and welcoming them to the community.”
The HomeCourt Real Estate stands out due to their long-term client devotion and commitment to working almost entirely by referral – meaning that nearly every client Joyce and her team works with was referred by a previous client.
Along with Joyce, two other members make up the HomeCourt, Jennifer Courtney & Violet Petone. Jennifer is the Transaction Manager and Buyer’s Agent and has over 8 years of real estate experience. Violet is the Marketing Director and Administrative Assistant and has been with the HomeCourt for 11 years. In the past, Joyce has received the Chairman’s Club Recognition for Re/Max and Top Ten Individual in the Illinois under Re/Max for 4 consecutive years.
