Our cloud analytic tools track student involvement as they attend campus sponsored activities and programs. Administrators view analytics and run excel reports to better track and proactively grow student engagement in their department. A student activities department can use our tools to identify engaged students actively participating in school programs and reward them for their enthusiasm. Likewise administrators can identify non-engaged students and easily advertise upcoming events and programs to increase student turnout and engagement in their campus activities.
Our student life module, like our student activities module, tracks student involvement in floor programs hosted by their resident advisor. This is a great way to build campus culture and get students engaged on campus. Te student life module also automates many of the tasks that RAs have to do from writing up students for violations, to tracking roommate complaints, to signing in guests who are visiting friends. By simply scanning digital student IDs that are installed on student's phones, RAs can quickly and easily track all types of violations or information they would otherwise collect manually on a given shift. Administrators can run reports on this data collected to identify problems facing their campus in terms of residential rule violations, or identify growth in floor programs and student engagement with other residents
The alumni module tracks alumni participation to campus hosted events and programs. It allows for easy registration and check in to track alumni engagement and event turnout over time. We also provide a web form that allows alumni to actively update their contact information taking that burden off of staff allowing them to focus on hosting their events and raising money for their school. Like all our modules, all information gathered gan be analyzed and reported on down to specific analytics.
The last module we offer is our student recreation module. This is a full recreation center management suite that caters to students, faculty, staff, and the local community. Sell digital punch-cards to the public when they utilize your school's rec center. Raise money for your school while building a marketing list and gaining analytical data to track how and when the public utilizes your facilities. Students and campus employees simply scan their digital phone IDs and all their information is tracked.
