About

(New York, NY) Personal Trainer and Life Coach Corey Rouse has developed a holistic fitness program that encourages clients to train beyond the mental limitations that hinder results in their overall fitness goals. His belief is that if you can push the mind to the max, the body will follow. Corey’s style of training infuses targeted motivation and a focus on advanced techniques for training athletes. His central goal is to awaken the individual’s inner athlete through a challenging resistance training system that is purely comprised of program designing and fitness evaluation testing. His desire is to develop an environment fueled by positive energy and hard work in which motivated individuals can reach their long and short term goals.

In addition to expanding his fitness platform, Corey has become a part of HealthCorps, Dr. Oz’s initiative that provides city public schools with funding for Health and Wellness Programs. “My mission is to become a staple within the HealthCorps organization as an outside entity while inspiring the fight against childhood obesity. I want to be so good at making the difference in these schools that their company will not only have to recognize my community efforts but will also need to shed light on my brand as a whole.”
