About

The Jackson Project is a 501(c)(3) public charity formed in the State of Texas in 2014. The organization is formed in honor of Jackson Wallace, affectionately known as J-Bird, who is fighting a fatal form of Leukodystrophy called Krabbe Disease.

The organization aims to educate and raise awareness about Leukodystrophy, provide support for affected families, advocate for expanded newborn screening, and contribute to research for a cure through various community events and fundraising efforts.
