diet, it’s a lifestyle improvement
program that teaches us the skills

our weight while learning to live our

When you sign up with TOR you will
have access to a handful of courses,
recipes, exercise videos and articles. As
you progress through the program the
amount of content available to you will
increase. Each week additional content
is dropped which allows you to have
new, updated information weekly. This
block formatting allows you to learn the
same way you do in everyday life.
