For individuals that purchase the “For Sale” Sign, “For Rent” sign, or “For Sale by Owner” sign, the text link they recieve goes to The Online Sign classified section, where the Seller can provide all possible details, including pictures, price, and full description.

For the seller, the Online Sign is designed to be highly visible and the large QR code and text short code easily scanned / readable from a distance. As previously stated, the Online Sign is tied to its own webpage at http://theonlinesign.com/. Once the owner of the online sign logs into the website, an initial 3 month period of the online listing web page is activated. After that time, the service can be extended for additional 3 month intervals. One of the unique design features of this product is that it is designed to be reused over and over again. As long as the online listing is active, it can be updated or completely changed as needed. For instance, after the home owner uses the sign to help sell his house, he gives the sign to a friend to help sell their house. The value of the sign grows with the more properties it is used to help sell.
