Strategic and tactical planning combined with fine tuned execution skills have been the company’s trademark since its first acquisition and redevelopment of a 10,000 square foot vacant supermarket in Central New Jersey in the early 1970’s. In the following decades The Pugliese Company has acquired, sold, managed and/or developed millions of square feet of residential, retail, industrial, commercial properties for manufacturing, chemical plants, distribution centers, shopping centers, self-storage complexes, golf courses and land for a 225,000 square foot Wal-Mart SuperCenter plus owning and managing millions of square feet of commercial properties.
