Tim's clients have won numerous awards, including multiple Sofi Awards from the Specialty Foods Association, and have been featured in books by Random House, on the Food Network, and in the Wall Street Journal. Tim launched his remarkable food career on the loading docks and delivering to diverse food channels.

Tim Forrest is also an invited guest lecturer on university campuses around the world, sharing my knowledge and expertise with the next generation of leaders in the food industry. Outside of work, he is a prolific seascape photographer, published author, and proud father of four with his wife Traci.
