Tiny Steps Foundation is a community-based nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting families with babies and toddlers across the Pee Dee region of South Carolina. Our mission is to ensure that every child has access to basic essentials like diapers, wipes, and hygiene supplies so families can focus on raising healthy, thriving children without the stress of unmet basic needs.

Through monthly diaper distributions, community baby showers, and partnerships with local organizations, Tiny Steps Foundation currently serves over 136 families each month. Diaper insecurity affects nearly 1 in 2 families, and because many childcare centers require parents to provide diapers, families without them often face barriers to daycare and employment. By providing consistent access to diapers and infant essentials, Tiny Steps helps remove these barriers and strengthen family stability.

In addition to providing essential supplies, Tiny Steps Foundation works to connect families with valuable community resources including health services, early childhood support, and parenting education. Our programs are designed to reduce stress for parents, improve infant health outcomes, and support early childhood development during the most critical years of life.

Through strong community partnerships, volunteer engagement, and donor support, Tiny Steps Foundation continues to expand its impact across Florence, Marion, Darlington, Dillon, Marlboro, Williamsburg, and Chesterfield counties. Our goal is simple but powerful: to ensure that every baby has the essentials they need to grow, thrive, and take their first tiny steps toward a brighter future.
