The company provides fully-trained, PSA-licensed and insured security operatives for contracts in many different environments, bringing a high level of professionalism, expertise and customer care at very reasonable rates. As each client brings very different requirements, TMC provide a bespoke solution to each contract, taking care to operate to clients’ protocols and requirements, all the while acting as ambassadors for their clients’ businesses.

TMC also provide training and consultancy in the heavily-regulated and ultra-responsible security sector. In our first-floor training suite, learners can prepare for a career in security by completing a FETAC Level 4 course in Static Guarding or Door Supervisor Procedures.

Both courses are necessary to obtain the relevant licenses from the Private Security Authority, which are mandatory for all security operatives in the country. Other courses available include Drug Awareness, Self Defence /  Control & Restraint and Dealing With Aggression.

TMC’s training facility can also be hired for training and meetings, when available, at a very competitive rate.
