Tom Caskey is a graduate of San Diego State University and majored in Real Estate through the College of Business Administration. He has financed homes all over California and Washington over the last 25 years. He’s been with C2 Financial for over 5 years and previously owned his own mortgage brokerage for 10 years. He’s earned the speed to close award from United Wholesale Mortgage and holds the Certified Liability Advisor and Certified Reverse Mortgage Professional Designations. Tom has vast knowledge and experience with all kinds of mortgage loans. Since most people obtain mortgages only a few times in their lives, Tom utilizes his experience to educate and guide borrowers to the best possible choice. Tom is a Southern California native, has a beautiful wife and 3 great kids. When he’s not helping people with financing, Tom enjoys surfing, snowboarding, camping and community service projects.
