Touchpoint Valuation is a SaaS platform built specifically for US residential real estate agents who want to stay top of mind with past clients and seller prospects automatically.

The platform connects to the agent's Gmail or Outlook account via OAuth and sends branded monthly home valuation emails directly from the agent's own email address. Past clients and seller prospects receive a personalized email showing their home's current estimated value, year over year appreciation, and equity growth since purchase.

Touchpoint Valuation uses ZIP-level market data updated monthly to generate accurate property specific valuations across all 50 US states. The platform supports single family homes, townhouses, condos, and semi-detached properties.

Agents import their contacts via CSV or add them manually, set a sending frequency per contact, and the system handles everything automatically from there. Every email is branded with the agent's logo, headshot, colors, and contact information.
