Previously owned by Ex-Masterchef finalist Lucas Parsons, T’s Book Café was opened off the back of the well established T’s Bookshop in 2008. Lucas has since sold the business to a pair of young entrepreneurs Matt Pettitt and Josh Burrows. Since the takeover the boys have really taken the cafe to the next level, adopting a new coffee, locally roasted on Sydney’s northern beaches, “Di Gabriel”, This has given the locals a taste for what’s to come.
After an extensive renovation and a change in trading hours, the cafe now has alot more seating, space and even an art gallery! Josh and Matt’s plans for the cafe dont stop there, the boys are constantly striving to reinvent this institution we all know as T’s Book Cafe.
