The US-China Economic Development and Trade Council (the “UCEDTC”) is an independent, nonpartisan membership organization dedicated to being a resource center for its members, government officials, business executives, civic leaders, academic scholars, and other interested people to promote economic development and free trade between the US and China.

Headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, the UCEDTC carries out its mission by creating and sharing opportunities, benefits and competitive advantages related to bilateral investment and trade, and promoting mutual understanding and respect, among business communities in both U.S. and China. The UCEDTC consists of members including leaders from government, academic and business communities in both U.S. and China, who have been long time advocates for bilateral investment activities and a free and fair trade system between both countries.
