Cologne, January 5th 2015. UC Point, the leading provider of managed services relating to Microsoft Lync, is strategically positioning itself for the future with a new member in management. With immediate effect, Jochen Wilde will head the company’s “Lync Support Services” division. UC Point is combining level two to four support services for international customers from all sectors in this division.
Jochen Wilde (42), as Director of Services, is responsible for the successful delivery of global Lync support services for UC Point’s level two to four customers. The company will benefit from an esteemed industry specialist who has more than 14 years of experience in diverse communication technologies. The expert in product support and service delivery, whose main focus is on Lync and Office 365, has moved from Microsoft to UC Point. Mr. Wilde, a business graduate, had worked for Microsoft since 2008 and before that for the E-Plus group, in leading positions.
Jochen Wilde will report to Markus P. Keller, who, as company founder, is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of UC Point. Markus P.
