The United Nations of Food (NYC) blog documents one small man's attempt to eat food from every country in the world, without leaving New York City.
Meals may be eaten in a restaurant, church, mosque, food cart, private home, or any other location, but a native of the country must be involved in the food preparation. A total of 160 countries are included in the project, and all meals must be consumed in the five boroughs of New York City.
