Vesperly helps people prepare for what happens to their online accounts and important digital information when they are no longer able to manage them.

Built around the RUFADAA framework, Vesperly provides a verified legal gate between keeping information private today and releasing what a user prepared to the person they chose when required conditions are met.

Users can organize account information and instructions, designate the person who should receive them, and keep everything protected during their lifetime. Before prepared information is released, Vesperly requires verification, including identity and required death documentation, while maintaining an auditable record of the process.

Vesperly was created to address a problem traditional estate documents and password storage alone do not solve: making sure the right person can receive what they need, when they need it.
